Description

These are wooden profiles subjected to an autoclave treatment to withstand the most severe climatic conditions.

In the list of available profiles, these can be supplied in 5 versions:

Natural
Impregnated with preservatives of different colors
Autoclave treated for exterior use
Fire-retardant treated to resist fire
Painted with catalog color

Wood profiles that have undergone treatment meet the standards EN-13501 for fire retardant treatment and EN 351 for outdoor treatment against rotting.

The paints applied are of the water-based type and are used for the protection of wooden facades. The paints we use are produced from raw materials derived from renewable sources, and no longer from fossil sources.

This means that the resins and chemical species that make up the product do not come from petroleum cracking, but from the fermentation of agribusiness waste (a renewing resource).

Trapezoidal laths white spruce

Trapezoidal laths made of white spruce.

Spruce trapezoidal planks are an excellent solution for the exterior cladding of any building.

Spruce planks have a unique aesthetic feature and can be supplied in 4 versions:

Natural
Colored according to our color catalog
Autoclave treated
Fire retardant treated

They are available in standard 19×44 mm and 19×78 mm.

They should be fixed with a single stainless steel screw on appropriately machined laths to hold perfect lath alignment, or in pre-assembled 78×200/400 cm panels with a concealed screw.

Larch trapezoidal laths

The trapezoidal larch laths.

They are available in 19×78 mm cross-section in the standard length of 200/400 cm (but can also reach over 600 cm).

They are classified in Top and Select quality and are applied to the walls on special pantographed laths that ensure perfect alignment.

The stainless steel screws (one per board) are visible in the loose version, while they are concealed in the pre-assembled brush version (mm 78×200/400 cm).

Larch square

Walls clad with larch or spruce squares, placed vertically, are a viable alternative to any other exterior cladding material.

They are placed spaced 17/22 mm apart attached to special battens that allow perfect alignment.

This 43×43 mm square meets the criteria of Circular Economy perfectly, because it can be rotated 180° over the years renewing the aesthetics of the walls and extending the life and service of the cladding.

Finally, if reduced in section (mm 32×32), it can return to its initial state and, in doing so, decreases the need for raw material.
