Wooden houses

Legnoquadro designs, builds and installs custom-made prefabricated wooden houses: new homes, renovations, extensions and additional elevations. The houses and buildings we produce are PEFC certified to guarantee sustainable forest management and, furthermore, the technological, physical and mechanical peculiarities are certified. For each individual production line in the supply chain, the ecological footprint (quantity of CO2 emitted) is calculated in order to offer end users low-emission products to protect people and the environment.

We like to design houses with a perfect combination of interior and exterior, with large openings and glass facades, with high ceilings and architectural details that must enhance the whole volume of the house. We always start with the design of the client from whom we preliminarily ask for useful information in order to fully center his expectations. Our partner architects can design custom prefabricated wood house proposals, or we can work with your architect to develop a design that fits your wishes.

We offer an integrated process that speeds up construction time with an eye on cost.

Tied to our tradition, we also build and install block-house or block-bau type wooden houses, made with overlapping beams of various thicknesses.
